Menya Le Nood, a Ramen restaurant located on Pensacola Street, was established in 2017. We are currently in the same location where a popular ramen chain from Japan once was.
We offer traditional Japanese flavors with a
unique dipping style called Tsukemen
Starting as a trend in the mainland, but soon became popular
in Hawai’i. Our Tsukemen is topped with a juicy pork belly, called Kakuni, which won over many of our customers. We also managed to get recognition from many college students and local food enthusiasts by offering free XL upgrade for our Tsukemen noodles. We have been open the throughout the pandemic offering take-out and delivery through a third-party app, and now we are currently offering dining-in.
We offer four different types of soups made from
our signature Tonkotsu broth, which we cook for 48 hours. Our Original Tonkotsu is the most popular item in our menu and we always recommend this to our first-time customers. But if you are looking for something different, we have other versions of our Tonkotsu for you to try!
The Tsukemen noodle is slightly thicker and firmer than traditional Ramen noodle, which helps lock the rich tonkotsu flavor to the noodle.
