Grilled Lamb Chop

Make your last meal of 2021 one to remember and dine at Stage Restaurant, located on the second floor of Honolulu Design Center. Chefs Ron de Guzman and Cainan Sabey have curated the perfect prix fixe menu for customers to enjoy and commemorate the end of the year — and help ring in the new one.

Stage Restaurant presents its Final Feast New Year’s Eve 2022 Five Course Tasting Menu beginning with its Amuse Bouche of Asian Caprese Salad with its housemade misoyaki mozzarella. For the first course, guests will indulge in a Beef Tenderloin Carpaccio with roasted shiitake mushroom vinaigrette, shaved winter truffle, fried onions, horseradish crème, basil oil, parsley and Parmesan crumble.

“This menu is meant to be a treat, using high-end ingredients,” says de Guzman. “As all our tasting menus, it offers a variety of flavors that represent what we do at Stage Restaurant.”

Misoyaki Chilean Sea Bass

The second course is a Baked Lobster Wellington served with tarragon butter, herbed Hamakua Springs alii mushroom and asparagus. Next on the menu is a Misoyaki Chilean Sea Bass with furikake risotto, green tea, bubu arare, scallions and lemon butter. The fourth course is a Grilled Lamb Chop with a soy black pepper glaze, kabocha puree, oven-dried grape tomatoes and broccolini. Patrons will finish their meal with a NewYork Cheesecake with brandied cherries, red velvet sponge and smoked Tahitian vanilla bean meringue.
