With nearly five years of business under its belt, Canton Seafood Restaurant has earned perhaps the highest accolade that a Chinese restaurant can get: approval by visitors from China.

“A lot of Chinese people say that they love our restaurant because they say it tastes exactly like it does in China,” says restaurant manager He Gong.

As a way to help out its customers during this season of spending, Canton Seafood is running holiday specials throughout the entirety of December.

“During the holidays, people are shopping a lot, so we want to thank our customers and help them save money by making the price more reasonable,” Gong explains.

HAVE A HOLLY JOLLY CHRISTMAS SPECIAL

One holiday special is Live Maine Lobster, which is now only $13.99 each (usually $19.99). The lobster can be simply steamed or flavored with ginger and green onion, salt and pepper, black bean sauce or butter garlic. Another holiday offering is Seafood Fried Noodle for $7.99 (usually $9.99). Shrimp, fish fillet, squid and scallop, along with choy sum and carrots, are served over crispy Hong Kong-style noodles.
