By offering a “sushi-go-around” type of experience, each plate of sushi is served on a boat floating in water that passes all tables.

Owner Lisa Yuan takes pride in the fact that G Sushi only promotes the freshest fish in its sushi creations.

“We have two sushi chefs here and they always use the best ingredients, making our sushi very popular,” she says.

According to Yuan, G Sushi’s Sashimi Boat ($8.99), Ebi Tempura ($3.99) and Diamond Roll ($3.99) cannot go unnoticed.

The Sashimi Boat will please most fish fanatics, with four freshly sliced pieces of maguro, four pieces of savory salmon and two pieces of tako. Then get your fill of tempting Ebi tempura, which also includes sweet potato, eggplant and string bean tempura — all lightly battered to perfection.

Lastly, the Diamond Roll will intrigue the taste buds of any sushi sensational-ist with its vibrant flavors of deep-fried battered shrimp, cucumber, lettuce and mayo, topped with G Sushi’s renowned spicy tuna and garnished with green onions.
