Featuring all-day dining, Halekulani Bakery and Restaurant beckons patrons to its inspired menu using fresh local ingredients.

Located at Halepuna by Halekulani hotel in Waikiki, the restaurant offers a breakfast style buffet available seven days a week, from 6:30 to 10:30 a.m. This buffet offers a fresh fish option, meats and starches, as well as a waffle/pancake station and an omelet station.

Mochi Waffles (part of breakfast buffet)

The waffle/pancake offering varies from a Mochi Waffle or a Belgian Waffle choice depending on the day. In addition, there is a wide array of fresh fruits, yogurt options, fresh-squeezed fruit juices, and an astounding variety of Japanese items to choose from. Items such as Pancakes with Assorted Fruits and Mochi Waffles are made to order.

Topping it off, there’s an assortment of pastries hand-selected by the chef, from fresh croissants to the delectable assortment of muffins. There is also a freshly baked bread option for toast. The price is $34 per adult and $17 for children, and free for ages 5 and under. It also boasts available free validated self-parking or free valet parking.

Skilled chef de cuisine Aaron Furuto artfully oversees the breakfast buffet and preparation of the items. Situated on the first floor adjacent to the lobby at Halepuna by Halekulani, the restaurant opened last fall.
