Hailed for its delectable food, Yellow Cab Pizza Co. on Dillingham Boulevard now has even more variety for customers to choose from.

The restaurant in the Costco Iwilei complex serves popular, hearty pizza, pasta, salad, wings, dessert and espresso coffee.

For those with dietary restrictions, the restaurant now offers gluten-free pizza crust and pastas.

Chicken Pesto Pasta with gluten-free fusilli pasta ($11.45)

Among the gooey, delicious items introduced on the menu is the New York Classic on gluten-free crust. The cost of the pizza is $8.95 plus $3.50 for the gluten-free crust. Gluten-free crust is made from rice flour, tapioca starch and potato starch. The topping consists of pepperoni and mozzarella cheese.

Those who love Italian food with a twist can indulge in Yellow Cab’s Chicken Pesto Pasta with gluten-free fusilli pasta. The dish is $8.95 plus $2.50 for the gluten-free pasta. This fun corkscrew-shaped pasta is made from quinoa. Other ingredients in the meal are the freshly made basil pesto sauce, tender chicken strips and sun-dried tomatoes.

Chopped Salad ($8.95)

Besides pizza and pasta, diners at Yellow Cab Pizza Co. can also beat the summer heat with refreshing salads. For example, the restaurant offers its Chopped Salad for $8.95. Chicken breast, salami, tomato, jicama, mozzarella cheese, romaine lettuce and fresh basil are tossed in Romano vinaigrette.

Another inspired salad at the eatery is the Quinoa and Feta Cheese Salad for $8.95. It features quinoa, feta cheese, sun-dried tomato, arugula and heart of romaine lettuce all tossed in zesty balsamic vinaigrette.

10-inch NYC8 (New York Classic) on gluten-free crust ($12.45)

Yellow Cab Pizza Co. also has combo meals available and catering options, explains Maly San Luis, the restaurant’s general manager.

“We have wings, pasta and salad available in catering sizes,” San Luis shares. “We have a private room for special functions such as meetings and birthday parties.”

The private room accommodates up to 30 people, and the restaurant can handle parties in the main dining room of up to 80 people.

Online orders for takeout and delivery are available on the company’s website, with third party delivery.
