A CLOSER LOOK AT THIS WEEK’S HOUSE SPECIAL: WAHOO’S OUTER REEF BURRITO (STARTS AT $10.95)

Customers can ride a fantastic wave of flavor at Wahoo’s in Ward Gateway Center on Auahi Street.

Wahoo’s encourages guests to nourish themselves with delicious food and experiences that make them feel more alive. So, the restaurant offers patrons ingredients such as sauces that are housemade daily and wild-caught fish.

Some of the extensive selections on the menu include soups and salads, entrees, bowls of your choice of protein served over rice and beans, and sides. In addition, this urban eatery offers burritos, tacos and enchiladas, as well as pupus like Loaded Nachos. Vegetarian/vegan options include ingredients such as sauteed tofu or banzai veggies like bell peppers, onions, zucchini and more — all in a teriyaki sauce.

Keiki can stay content with their own Just for Kids menu like a Mini Quesadilla, Kid’s Bowl and others. Customers can cap off their meals with a frosty beverage like a fountain drink or brewed iced tea.

Wahoo’s now also serves breakfast daily from 7 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Additionally, the restaurant can also cater your next gathering.

CHOCK-FULL OF CHOICES

This enticing item on the menu comes with ingredients that customers can select from including a choice of protein, cheese, lettuce or cabbage, salsa, rice, beans, guacamole and sour cream.

SAUCE IS BOSS

Customers can have their burrito made “wet” with mild red enchilada sauce, spicy green roasted pepper sauce or half-and-half for $1 more.

AMP IT UP

Patrons can have carne asada steak, shrimp or salmon added for an additional charge of $1.50.

PLENTY OF PROTEIN

Other meaty choices at Wahoo’s include mild or spicy chicken breast, slow-cooked pork carnitas, and flame-broiled or spicy wild-caught fish.
