Strawberry Waffles ($9.99)

Some mornings, we just need a hearty breakfast to help us face the day. And this month, Ruby Tuesday is offering a terrific promotion for those of us who need a great morning meal.

The restaurant’s Buy One Breakfast Entree, Get The Second One Free! offer is available Monday through Friday from 8-11 a.m. through the end of June. The second entree must be of equal or lesser value, and this offer may not be combined with other promotions.

“We’re proud of our very diverse breakfast menu,” says Rick Nakashima, co-owner of Ruby Tuesday Hawaii. “There’s some really good local plates like the Loco Moco ($12.99), and the Hashtag Skillet ($12.99) — with chunks of corned beef, potatoes, peppers, onions, and a touch of fresh garlic, topped with poached eggs and Hollandaise — as well as the Breakfast BLT ($8.99), which is delicious on toasted Hawaiian sweet bread.”

Country Pork Chops and Eggs ($17.99)

Ruby Tuesday’s Classic Benedict ($11.99) is a perennial favorite, and there’s also an A.T.M. Benedict for the same price that features sliced avocado, fresh tomatoes, and garlic mushrooms. Both are served with your choice of white rice, hash browns, sliced tomatoes or fresh fruit. Those with heartier appetites might like the Hungry Man’s Breakfast (with a generously cut ribeye steak) or Country Pork Chop and Eggs ($17.99), an extra-thick center cut chop topped Portuguese sausage country gravy.

A half-dozen Scrambler options include Meat Lovers ($10.99), consisting of two eggs with Applewood smoked bacon, Portuguese sausage, Spam, biscuits, and one side, as well as Ruby’s Big Breakfast ($10.99), featuring two eggs with pancakes, two biscuits, a protein and a side.

Tropical Sunrise ($3.99)

“We have a good selection of breakfast proteins, like Portuguese sausage, Applewood pork belly, sausage patties, and corned beef hash,” says Nakashima.

Banana Macadamia Nut Pancakes ($10.99), Strawberry Waffles ($9.99), and French Toast Hawaiian Style ($10.99) are tempting entries on the Stackables menu. There’s also The Feast ($17.99), boasting a Belgian Waffle layered with pork sausage patties, hash browns, Portuguese country gravy, and Applewood smoked bacon, and topped with two eggs.
