SIZZLING BLUE CRAB CAKES ($26)

It’s graduation season, and for those looking for a special dining experience for the special graduate in their life, Ruth’s Chris Steak House is offering grads complimentary meals — valued up to $54.95 — from its Prime Time Menu.

The 3-Course Meal features a salad, entree, accompaniment and dessert. It’s the ideal way to celebrate new beginnings.

CHOCOLATE DUO ($11.50)

“We are the perfect venue for celebrations and look forward to welcoming our graduates to Ruth’s Chris,” says Don Asam, general manager at Ruth’s Chris Steak House Honolulu.

To take advantage of this offer, the purchase of four additional adult entrees is required. (The graduate’s entree does not count toward the four-entree total.) Mention the graduation offer when you call in your reservation or online at ruthschris.com, noting “Graduation Offer” in the special request field. This offer is valid until June 30 at all six Ruth’s Chris locations in the state.

LOBSTER MAC AND CHEESE ($26)

Guests can kick off their meal with one (or more!) items from the appetizer menu. For example, Ruth’s Chris offers its own take on a Chesapeake Bay classic with its Sizzling Blue Crab Cakes ($26), which consists of two jumbo lump crab cakes served with sizzling lemon butter.

Among the dishes Ruth’s Chris is famous for is its Filet (11-ounce $59, 8-ounce $51). With little marbling, fat or connective tissue, it’s arguably the most tender of all high-end cuts of beef. Ruth’s Chris uses a special 28-day aging process to further enhance flavor and tenderness.

FILET (11-OUNCE $59, 8-OUNCE $51)

Another staple of the restaurant is its Ribeye ($60). A steak house classic, this aged, 16-ounce, USDA Prime cut is well-marbled for peak flavor and juiciness.

Seafood lovers might be drawn to the Lobster Mac and Cheese ($26), a generous portion of tender lobster combined with signature three-cheese macaroni and mild green chiles. This makes a great side dish for all at the table to share.

RIBEYE ($60)

Top off your celebration with dessert, such as the Chocolate Duo ($11.50). True to its name, this double dose of chocolate consists of chocolate cake coupled with chocolate mousse splashed with a little sweet cream and topped with fresh berries.

In addition to steaks, seafood and New Orleans-inspired appetizers, Ruth’s Chris Steak House has an award-winning wine selection, so diners are sure to find the best one to accompany their meal.
