A CLOSER LOOK AT THIS WEEK’S HOUSE SPECIAL: REFLECTIONS DINNER MENU ITEMS

Reflections Restaurant is presenting a special experience to diners through June, and it’s an opportunity you won’t want to miss. The restaurant is opening its doors to the public and non-members will have the chance to indulge in its amalgamation of Japanese-American cuisine.

Grilled Local Airline ($12). This organic chicken breast sits in a decadent garlic cream tomato sauce that will awaken taste buds as it is served along with seasonal vegetables and truffle potatoes au gratin.

The re-envisioned, upscale restaurant has a combined indoor and outdoor seating of 300 guests and is an ideal destination for everything from corporate to family gatherings. Furthermore, take advantage of its elegant private dining room and lanai overlooking the verdant scenery of the golf course.

This country club eatery encourages guests to enjoy a fine glass of wine from its 1,500-bottle wine cellar to pair with Reflections’ mouth-watering menu. The food offerings are an exclusive collaboration from chefs Roy Wong and Shingo Kosaka as they bring quality high-end dining with a comfortable plantation feel.

Sweet Treat. Don’t forget about dessert with Warm Chocolate Fondant Cake. This beautiful creation is filled with chocolatey gooey goodness and topped with a cool scoop of ice cream.

The Reflections’ experience doesn’t have to end in July. Opt to become a Dining Member and soak in all of its divine offerings any time. With a minimum quarterly spending of $300 (which comes out to $100 a month) on food and beverages, members will have no initiation fee and no monthly dues. Members can also bring up to seven guests and receive 10 percent off golf shop purchases.

Check out all the hype for lunch and dinner, and you’ll be more than satisfied through both appetizing meals and a superb environment.

Prime Rib. That’s right, everyone’s favorite slow roasted big boy comes in two sizes — a 14-ounce for $48 or 22-ounce for $68. It is accompanied by au jus sauce, wasabi cream, cream kale and garlic mashed potatoes.
