Standing the test of time is Ruth’s Chris Steak House. The popular establishment has been serving up stellar steaks and superb service in Hawaii for 30 years.

“At Ruth’s Chris Steak House, you will always find exceptional steaks, selected from the top 2 percent of the country’s beef, served sizzling hot with heaping sides of warm ambiance and comfortable elegance,” says Emi Espinda, director of sales and marketing Hawaii.

Espinda notes a few of the restaurant’s most popular meat items are Porterhouse For Two, Cowboy Ribeye, and the eye-catching Tomahawk.

“Our steaks are USDA Prime, corn-fed Midwestern beef,” she adds.

FROM THE LAND AND SEA

Commemorating years of serving impeccable cuisine in the state, Ruth’s Chris Steak House is now offering a 30th Anniversary Spring Surf & Turf Dinner ($45.95 per guest), which comes with one’s choice of Caesar or Steak House Salad, Petite Filet & Shrimp, and either garlic mashed potatoes or creamed spinach. This divine meal is only available from now to May 6 (Sunday-Thursday) at Ruth’s Chris’ Waterfront location (not the Waikiki location). The steakhouse’s Kauai, Mauna Lani, Wailea and Lahaina locations are also offering their own spring surf-and-turf menus.
