Join the kind folks at Stage Restaurant for your holiday celebrations. Usually closed on Mondays, Stage will be open on Dec. 24 and 31 with prix fixe menus put on by renowned chef Ron de Guzman.
The Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve menus will be a five-course meal for $95 ($100 NYE) with an optional wine pairing for $60. For more on the tasty details of the menus, visit Stage’s website. Also, don’t miss talented pastry chef, Cainan Sabey’s, Cranberry Rose ($16) dessert.
A YUMMY BONE TO PICK
Roasted Bone Marrow ($20) can be found on the Amuse Wine Bar Appetizer Menu, which was recently refreshed by chef Ron de Guzman. The dish comprises one half bone, bacon, bacon onion jam, brown sugar, arugula and baguette. The bacon is rendered until crispy while the bone marrow is roasted until soft. It’s truly a rich dish that is full of undeniable flavor. Look for this and more on the new appetizer menu that also includes a kim chee grilled cheese, pork belly bao and rib sliders, just to name a few.
