Guests can find just as spectacular cuisine, especially on Wisp’s happy hour menu — the restaurant is known to have one of Waikiki’s best happy hours.

Happy hour drink and food specials pour out from the bar and kitchen, as customers can partake in $3 cocktails and beers, $4 wines and 40 percent off select appetizers. A few pupu items up for grabs include clams, calamari and charcuterie platters.

What’s more, weekend patrons can turn up the dial and dance the evening away, as the restaurant turns into a nightclub on Fridays and Saturdays starting at 9:30 p.m.

It’s the perfect hangout for the more “sophisticated crowd,” as ’80s and ’90s jams fill the sound waves of the night. However, all ages are found enjoying the vibes with all of the satisfying bites, sippers and music Wisp churns out.

For even more fun, the restaurant presents something different for customers every night. On Mondays, one can watch hula dancers perform along to Hawaiian music, then the following day guests can celebrate Taco Tuesday by munching on savory fish or meat tacos.

Wednesdays are dubbed Jazz Night, while Thursdays go off with free karaoke and trivia. Visitors can expect live music by local artists on Fridays and Sundays. Also on Sundays, cheer and toast with friends and other sports fans with a live streaming of NFL football.

As if it can’t seem to get any better, it does. Wisp has a sushi bar that serves up only the freshest seafood (not available on Sundays and Mondays) and also offers breakfast daily from 7 to 10 a.m.
