After opening its doors in Chinatown more than a decade ago, the restaurant relocated to its current Keeaumoku Street locale in 2011. Manager He Gong explains that the restaurant’s Cantonese cuisine draws influence from the southern region of China, and features healthy preparation techniques coupled with fresh ingredients.
