Ahi Poke Martini ($18)

In addition to serving up the signature “sizzle” with each of its masterfully prepared USDA Prime steaks, the New Orleans-inspired cuisine at Ruth’s Chris Steak House continues to help diners make memories one 500-degree plate at a time.

For nearly 30 years, local diners have appreciated the exceptional wet-aged steaks at Ruth’s Chris, which are selected from the top two percent of the country’s beef, broiled in 1800-degree ovens and served sizzling with butter on piping-hot 500-degree plates to ensure every bite is delicious.

Ribeye ($58)

The restaurant also features fresh seafood, an award-winning wine list and a wide variety of appetizers, salads, side dishes and desserts, all served in an inviting atmosphere accompanied by impeccable service and hospitality.

Executive chef Eser Domingo and his team continue to perfect an array of customer favorites, while also adding new items that align with the latest culinary trends.

What hasn’t changed is the restaurant’s superb cuts of wet-aged beef, including Ribeye ($58), a 16-ounce USDA Prime selection that is well-marbled for peak flavor.

Barbecued Shrimp ($21)

“Our steak comes out sizzling and remains hot from the time it leaves the kitchen throughout the meal. We want you to sit back, relax and enjoy your experience, including top-notch service,” says Domingo. “It’s all about great food, great wine and great service. If we get those elements correct then you have Ribeye ($58) a successful restaurant.”

And what would a scintillating steak be without signature starters to set the dining stage? Ruth’s Chris offers an array of hearty appetizers, such as Ahi Poke Martini ($18), a chef’s featured selection composed of fresh ahi cubes tossed with soy sauce, onions, roasted sesame seeds and chili paste.

Barbecued Shrimp ($21) is another appealing appetizer, featuring large shrimp sauteed in reduced white wine, butter, garlic and a masterful blend of spices.

Chocolate Duo ($11)

To wrap up one’s meal, Domingo and the service team recommend the decadent Chocolate Duo ($11). The “best of both worlds” dessert includes a homemade chocolate cake oozing with a chocolate ganache pudding-like center served with a sweet creme sauce and fresh berries that’s also accompanied by a cup of silky chocolate mousse — a new addition to the menu that is a must-try for chocolate-lovers.

Ruth’s Chris also is home to a can’t-miss happy hour menu available daily from 5 to 7 p.m. Appetizers are served as full portions — just as you would get upon ordering from the traditional menu — but at unbelievable prices. The pau hana destination also offers up drink specials on everything from ice-cold draft beer to wine, well drinks and martinis.

“Every time somebody I know comes to try Ruth’s Chris for the first time, they tell me, ‘I can’t believe I haven’t tried it before — the food is great and the service is awesome!'” says Domingo.
