There’s no denying that an exciting part of the yuletide season is that it brings presents under the Christmas tree and delicious treats for all to eat! Join in on the delicious fun with Pagoda Floating Restaurant and its impressive holiday spread before or after the presents are opened and wrapping paper remnants are all that’s left under your tree.

Pagoda is hosting a twoday Christmas Buffet Dec. 24-25 ($55.95 adult, $25.95 keiki ages 5-8). Come in for dinner from 5 to 9:30 p.m. on either day, or for the brunch buffet from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., which is available only on Christmas Day.

General manager John Teruya suggests calling ahead for reservations since seats are already filling up fast.

Just like a child on Christmas Day, diners will find themselves reveling with glee over the mouthwatering gifts presented in Pagoda’s buffet spread. Unwrap favorites like prime rib, snow crab legs, steamed Kona kampachi, assorted tempura, an omelet station (during brunch), island sashimi, sake-soy-braised top sirloin (during dinner), oysters on the half shell, a dessert bar and so much more.

The restaurant also is gifting a special incentive to customers who spread the holiday cheer through their own gift-giving. For patrons who purchase a Pagoda $100 gift card, they will receive a complimentary Snow Crab Leg & Prime Rib pupu platter (a $30 value).

With a vast array of filling eats, a trip to Pagoda’s holiday buffet line will be sure to knock your stockings off.

“We get lots of comments about our food being good, local-style home cooking at very good prices,” shares Teruya. “Also, that the friendly service makes them feel right at home.”

For even more salivating eats, the establishment is hosting New Year Buffets Jan. 1 at the same times and for the same prices. In addition to the aforementioned menu, the New Year Buffets also will include traditional Japanese New Year’s options such as an assortment of fishcake, mochi and maki sushi, among other dishes.
