Ahi Poke ($21)

Along with its stunning Sunday Brunch for All Seasons, which has been attracting both local and visiting customers, La Hiki Kitchen at Four Seasons Oahu at Ko Olina also offers a daily breakfast menu, a happy hour from 5 to 6 p.m. every Friday-Tuesday, and, of course, dinner served Friday-Tuesday that’s perfect for any casual or special occasion.

Don’t have plans for Thanksgiving yet? Celebrate with La Hiki. The restaurant will be serving a Thanksgiving brunch menu on Thursday, Nov. 23 and Sunday, Nov. 26 ($65 adults, $25 keiki ages 5-12, $15 keiki ages 0-4); and a Thanksgiving dinner on Thursday, Nov. 23.

The brunch menu includes items such as a carving station with roast turkey, prime rib and country ham; a loco moco station; pastries and pies; soups; a seafood bar; and more. For dinner, guests can find Thanksgiving-inspired selections, such as herb-roasted turkey dinner and kabocha squash bisque, in addition to the regular dinner menu.

GET CAUGHT UP IN THIS FRESH CATCH

Experience a casual, yet elevated dining experience at La Hiki Kitchen at Four Seasons Oahu at Ko Olina for dinner. Start the night off with Ahi Poke ($21), featuring cubes of ahi sitting on a sauce of shiso and yuzu, and topped with radish sprouts, scallions, shaved Maui onion and buckwheat kernels.

The eatery’s executive sous chef, Richard Polhemu, shares that he tries to incorporate as much local produce in the dishes, which is evident in one of the most popular entree choice: Miso Glazed Black Cod ($44). This succulent fish is glazed with miso and sake, and rests on a bed of quinoa, local corn, macadamia nuts and an organic vegetable salad with local carrots and fennel.
