There are now more reasons to be happy when dining at 3660 on the Rise, with its new happy hour menu serving up everyone’s favorite bar bites with a little hint of extravagance.

From 5:30 to 7 p.m., Tuesday through Thursday, diners can go in for some smaller plates such as Grilled Duck Confit, Brie and Caramelized Onion Quesadilla ($7.50), or Crispy Fried Marinated Short Ribs ($10) served with chef de cuisine Lydell Leong’s chili pepper sauce — among other special dishes.

What’s more, the eatery offers happy hour drink specials that vary each day, such as $7 Black & Tan on Tuesdays. Wednesdays give you a reason to raise your pinkies with 30 percent off wines, and on Thursdays, wind down with $7 Ketel One and Tanqueray martinis.

If you haven’t had the chance to try out 3660, now is the time. Indulge in the eatery’s new happy hour offerings, as each item is sure to rise above all your expectations — and then some.

THE PERFECT CATCH

After setting the mood with one of the choices from 3660 on the Rise’s new happy hour menu, chef de cuisine Lydell Leong recommends Copper River Red Salmon ($39) with Pickled Onions, Yuzu Butter Sauce and Kabayaki Drizzle for the main course. Chef Lydell coats the fish with masago arare (rice pearl balls) for a crispy bite that is full of flavor and crunch, yet soft and tender on the inside. Served with mashed potatoes or rice and grilled vegetables, it all comes together as a truly amazing dining experience that your taste buds will be eternally grateful for.
