The eatery proudly offers many family recipes. According to owner Lauren Yoo, Aja’s Garlic Chicken is a must-have. “It’s a signature dish,” she says. “You can have it in a plate lunch or as a catering platter.”

A quick lunch option is Garlic Chicken Salad ($6.99), which comprises the signature chicken on a bed of romaine lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, corn, olives and red cabbage. Guests can then choose from balsamic vinegar, Italian, ranch or Thousand Island dressing.
