Island patrons can count on Morton’s The Steakhouse to deliver an elegant dining experience met with the finest of fare. Best known and loved for its quality steak and seafood, Morton’s first made its way to Hawaii in December 2001.
“Morton’s prides itself on quality, consistency and genuine hospitality,” says general manager Zyron Schoniwitz. “Each guest is treated like a VIP, and Morton’s strives to exceed expectations.”
New to the restaurant is Morton’s Seasonal Selections menu, which is available through March 2017, and offers dishes such as Morton’s Blue Cheese Mashed Potatoes with Nueske’s Bacon ($13), American Wagyu Ribeye Steak ($79) and White Chocolate Pecan Bread Pudding ($11).
“Our seasonal Blue Cheese Mashed Potatoes are tossed with crumbled blue cheese, Nueske’s bacon, bacon fat and charred scallions,” explains Schoniwitz. He goes on to say that the ribeye is a Snake River Farms American Wagyu 10-ounce steak. “The ribeye is simply grilled and seasoned with our Morton’s house seasoning and allowed to rest to achieve maximum flavor and juiciness,” he adds.
No meal is complete without dessert, which brings patrons to the Seasonal Selection menu’s White Chocolate Pecan Bread Pudding. This delectable treat is topped with vanilla ice cream and white chocolate confetti. The bread pudding itself is prepared in-house with white chocolate chips and pecans, and is served with a bourbon caramel sauce.
