If you’re in Kailua town, you’re likely to find the delectable oasis Bella Bistro. Since opening in July 2013, the inviting eatery has been serving up the freshest of local ingredients, fused with an appetizing Mediterranean twist.

Chef and co-owner David Kaminski runs the restaurant with wife Stephanie. Kaminski grew up on the East Coast and learned a thing or two in the kitchen by helping prepare family meals. Italian, Greek, Spanish, French and more culinary influences can be seen and tasted at Bella Bistro.

Locals and tourists alike have flocked to the restaurant time and time again for a fulfilling meal that never disappoints. “You’re not going to find more fresh and beautiful food,” says Kaminski. “Come experience it once and you’ll be back.”

You can have your first, second or third experience at the eatery on Valentine’s Day. The restaurant will have a set menu along with extended hours, from 4:30 to 9:30 p.m. While you’re there, try Oven Roasted Garlic Shrimp, a dish that can’t wait to satisfy your taste buds. And it doesn’t get any more appetizing than this.
