In the midst of the hustle and bustle of Waikiki, make your way to an establishment that offers a smorgasbord of premier menu options. The best in fine-dining comes second to none at Wolfgang’s Steakhouse by Wolfgang Zwiener on the third floor of Royal Hawaiian Center.

Known for its USDA Prime beef, the restaurant has been serving up enough to satisfy even the hungriest of carnivores. “It’s pretty much the best prime meat you can buy,” says general manager Bill Nickerson.

A range of tasty steak and seafood entrees never disappoints, especially when paired with a couple of delectable steak-house sides.

Get ready to feast on Wolfgang’s Steakhouse’s Rib Eye Steak ($60.95), a 22-ounce slab of mighty meat. It is cooked in the oven at 1,600 degrees, then grilled and lightly salted before it is left shining with drawn butter. A nice crust results on top from searing, with beautiful marbling and juicy flavors. Diners can look forward to each perfect bite, complete with an earthy, nutty taste to go with the cut’s tenderness.
