One of Kozo Sushi customers’ go-to dishes is Dynamite Maki ($7.99). This maki sushi is the perfect choice for spicy food lovers. Made with ahi and shrimp tempura, this meal is mixed with green onion, Japanese barbecue chips, lettuce and sesame seeds. The eight pieces of sushi are then covered with masago (roe), mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce and wasabi for an extra kick. “Customers really love the wasabi aroma,” says Kozo Sushi-Pearlridge employee Chris Aguilar. “The wasabi and mayo together offer a different flavor.”
