For just $47 per person (plus current applicable service charge and tax, 20 person minimum), groups utilizing the Meeting Package start the day with an energizing Continental Breakfast. The spread includes sliced, fresh seasonal fruits and berries, the chef’s assortment of fresh-baked breakfast pastries — including mini-Danishes and coffee cake — croissants with preserves and butter, orange juice, freshly brewed and decaffeinated coffee, as well as a selection of Harney & Sons hot teas.

Attendees also will look forward to the Pasta Lunch Buffet included in Pomaika‘i Ballrooms’ Meeting Package, which is designed to keep attendees alert and awake throughout the meeting’s duration. The energizing lunch includes a choice of mixed greens with dressing, spinach salad with shallot vinaigrette, Caesar salad with Parmesan and croutons or Oriental chicken salad. Guests also will enjoy penne pasta, assorted grilled fresh vegetables with Asian aioli, Italian sausage marinara, white clam sauce, garlic cheese bread and French pastries, along with the aforementioned beverages and Mango Breeze Iced Tea.

The stellar menu is accented with local flavors and influences from Pomaika‘i Ballrooms heart-of-the-house team led by executive chef Freddie Billena and sous chef Eddy Ayau.

The spacious facilities include Hokulei Ballroom (11,194 square feet) and Pi‘ilani Ballroom (7,399 square feet), which can be subdivided to accommodate 700 and 400 people, respectively, based on stage setup, and well over 1,000 and 600 when arranged reception-style.
