With its award-winning USDA prime beef and kiawe-broiled steaks, it’s easy to see why Hy’s Steak House is consistently chosen as a top-notch food destination. Its wide menu selection, nightly music and happy hour from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. keep locals and travelers coming back to this elite eatery.

Since opening in 1976, the restaurant has been serving up mountains of meat as well as gourmet selections, from lamb to seafood temptations. One noteworthy dish is Hy’s Seafood Platter, presenting some of the best fresh catches. Ahi sashimi, pan-seared scallops, poached tiger prawns, king crab legs, oysters and sous vide lobster tail meat all greet the customer on a hefty plate, coupled with its special side sauces.

Father’s Day will soon take place, as should your reservation at Hy’s Steak House. While the eatery normally opens at 5 p.m., in honor of the upcoming holiday Hy’s will open at 4 p.m., June 20 and 21 (happy hour will be suspended during these two days). Treat Dad to a night of quality cuisine made with “Hy” standards. Special selections created just for Father’s Day will be available in addition to the restaurant’s regular menu.
