There’s nothing quite like the comfort that Vietnamese food brings to the table.

Uncomplicated flavors married with fresh ingredients truly make it the perfect choice for any time or occasion.

Located in Aiea’s Westridge Shopping Center, Pho My Lien offers a menu of “pho-bulous” eats and more.

Aside from its pho fare, the restaurant serves a variety of sauteed dishes, rice vermicelli and rice plates.

Mixed Vegetables Sauteed ($7.95) features a medley of vegetables wok fried. Diners also have the option of chicken, beef, shrimp or tofu for added protein.

Those looking for a little more spice in their life may want to try Hot Spicy Lemongrass Stir-Fried (7.95). This dish also allows patrons to select a protein (chicken, beef, shrimp or tofu), and spice level of the dish (mild, medium or hot).

As for Shrimp Fried Rice ($10.95), Pho My Lien’s financial advisor Walter James says, “We’re very generous with the shrimp.”

A longtime staple in the Aiea community, James says the restaurant will continue to offer home-cooked meals at a great value to its new and loyal guests. Vegetables are fresh and received daily, and every dish is made to order.

“It’s original, authentic, home-cooked Vietnamese food,” he says.
