Who or what inspires you as a manager? I’m inspired by the power of aloha and what it truly means to give each guest an incredible experience. Making guests feel welcome when they arrive to our restaurant is very important to me. Having a passion for the quality of work performed daily is one of the most important aspects of this business that I have learned from past and present owners, managers and chefs.

What’s your most popular dish? Our Prime Bone-In Ribeye is a cut to die for. This prime cut ribeye with bone attached is bursting with flavor and marbling that comes from wet aging on the bone. We offer it at 22 ounces. Our signature truffle mashed potatoes are also amazing! They accompany all of our entrees, and are freshly hand-crafted by our chefs.

Is there a dish that you create that’s not on your menu, but available upon request? We try our absolute best to accommodate any special requests. We do have vegetarian requests, which we do our best to answer with flavor and creativity. I think we’ve been doing pretty well because we’ve received some five-star feedback from them online!

What is the biggest compliment you’ve ever received as a manager? As a manager, it always means the world to me when my staff truly displays respect and love for our guests. Recently, one of our staff turned in a very valuable lost-and-found item that we kept on hand for the owner. As it turns out, the item was a 30-year-old family heirloom.

If you could serve food to a celebrity, who would it be and why? What dish would you serve? I would love to serve Sir Elton John, because he has such a huge heart and could give our grand piano a whirl! I would serve him our Signature Seafood Tower and then follow it up with the 28-ounce Tomahawk Cut Signature Longbone.
