For those craving something sweet, there’s Adega Style Creme Brulee (at left, $3 each) and its sugary top layer, which general manager Tanner Scotson heats with a torch. And for diners looking for a scrumptious Portuguese meal, there are dishes such as (below) Vinho D’alhos — pork loin marinated in a vinegar-garlic sauce and served with sauteed onions, fried potatoes and sauteed mixed vegetables.
