Known best for its Pacific Fusion cuisine, 3660 on the Rise continues to stand in a class of its own, thanks to its top-notch edible creations and excellent customer service. Located at 3660 Waialae Ave. on the corner of Waialae and Wilhelmina Rise, the restaurant opened its doors in September 1992 by partners chef Russell Siu and Gale Ogawa.
And no matter what the occasion, 3660 on the Rise will make it a memorable one. In fact, just in time for Easter, the restaurant will feature an Easter Brunch Buffet on Easter Sunday from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. The brunch is priced at $39 for adults and $17 for children ages 3 to 10, and will tempt taste buds with an immaculate spread consisting of Pan Seared Salmon with Tomatoes and Capers; Baked Ham with Caramelized Pineapple Glaze; Prime Rib of Beef; Turkey a la King; and Kalbi Chicken, to name a few.
And for those patrons who are devout wine afficionados, you’ll be pleased to know that the festivities continue as 3660 on the Rise will showcase its extensive wine list April 10-15 in honor of tax prep week.
The establishment will offer all bottles of wine at 50 percent off the listed value (the special will be valid in the dining room only), such as Rombauer Chardonnay, 3660 Special Select and Veuve Clicquot, Brut Rose.
Lastly, it’s never too early to plan ahead for Mother’s Day, May 13. 3660 on the Rise is already taking reservations for its special Mother’s Day Brunch Buffet ($45 for adults, $19 for children ages 3 to 10) with seating from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. The elaborate menu is set to highlight delicious entrees including Oysters on the Half Shell, Seafood Imperial, Furikake Crusted Salmon, Prime Rib of Beef, Assorted Poke, Made to Order Handroll Sushi and an array of dessert selections.
