Romano’s Macaroni Grill is ready for a fresh start with its brand new lunch and dinner menus. All the classics are still available, but the establishment has introduced more than 25 Italian-American inspired menu items to sink your teeth into.
From 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., the new lunch menu offers enticing options such as brick-oven flat-bread and paninis. The Smoky Shrimp Flatbread delights with the exciting flavor combination of smoky mozzarella and slightly spicy tomato sauce. Pancetta and seared shrimp deepen the flavor experience.
The flatbreads, great for sharing, have been among the most popular new items, with savory options such as Wild Mushroom & Goat Cheese Flatbread ($15). A bed of caramelized onions replace tomato sauce and is richly layered with pre-marinated, seasoned wild mushrooms, goat cheese and a drizzle of truffle oil for the finishing touch.
Fresh pasta is another winner, especially with the new healthy lunch options, such as Whole Wheat Fettucine ($14) with roasted chicken, broccolini, pecorino Romano cheese and whole wheat pasta served al dente.
“It’s a really nice, light, healthy dish,” says chef Mike Longworth.
Giving customers the freedom to choose, the most popular new lunch deal has been the Combinations (two for $11, three for $13), including a choice of soup, salad, pastas or half sandwiches.
And that’s just skimming the surface of the restaurant’s revamped menus. New salads and Italian-style tapas (two for $12) like Baked Prosciutto & Mozzarella ($7) and Oven-Fired Artichoke Hearts ($7.50) are the perfect way to dress up your meal.
