Open daily from 10 a.m. to midnight, the eatery also provides a late-night treat that’s available upon request (between 9 p.m.-midnight) to hungry night owls. The Shabu Shabu Late Night Special is priced at $39.99 (medium) and $49.99 (large) and entices diners with a pot full of tripe, scallops, clams, shrimp, fish filet, beef, cabbage, spinach and rice noodles swimming in your choice of broth, be it spicy or Chinese style.

“Our shabu shabu is very healthy, it’s not oily at all, and it’s perfect for wintertime,” Chan says.

The Shredded Chicken is another of Canton Seafood’s delicious items that is usually kept under wraps until now.

This tasty dish (regularly $12.99, now offered at a special price of $9.99) consists of shredded pieces of skinless chicken, ever-so tender and seasoned with the perfect blend of sesame oil and shoyu, and garnished with a sprinkle of sesame seeds and Chinese parsley.

Canton Seafood promises to intrigue your appetite with each and every entree. Go ahead, taste for yourself.
