And while the mere thought of these exquisite dining options makes you hungry, there’s one dish in particular that will leave you in awe. Enter Loco Moco Pasta ($12.95 lunch, $19.95 dinner).

“The Loco Moco Pasta is the best! Yes, it”s not on the menu here, people know about it by word of mouth, and while it might not sound that appetizing to some, you really have to try it before jumping to conclusions,” says Atlantis Seafood & Steak executive general manager Steven Matsuno.

This one-of-a-kind dish features a heaping mound of pasta soaked in a creamy carbonara sauce, and topped with your loco moco necessities, including an over-easy egg, a hearty Angus burger and a demi-glaze gravy.

“It’s our most popular employee meal, and all of are guests who have tried it immediately fall in love with it,” Matsuno explains, “it’s comparable to beef stroganoff.”

Complete your meal by pairing it with the perfect wine of your choice. Kamaaina also receive a special 10 percent discount with an ID.
