“Right now, we are doing a hundred dollar menu for ten people,” says manager Eddie Ma. “It’s a good value if you want to get people together.”

Lung Fung also offers a variety of special party trays. You can choose from trays that include Crispy Gau Gee and Salt and Pepper Shrimp ($28), Crispy Fried Chicken and Crispy Gau Gee ($26) or Gon Lo Mein ($23). “The party trays are good for large groups,” Ma says. “It’s perfect for when people have parties in their backyards and maybe want to do a barbecue with Chinese food.”

Another group deal is the Lobster Special (prices vary based on market). Choose from any four of the lobster special dishes, and then get another lobster for free.

“We also just started a kids menu,” he says, “which has been very popular because of summer with the kids out of school.” Keiki can choose from Saimin, Orange Chicken or Gau Gee for $3.99.

And even when summer ends, Lung Fung still has great deals year-round. Stop in for the lunch special; dishes include Beef Chow Funn and Singapore Noodles. All lunch specials are $7.95 and come with a drink.

Other popular dishes include Spicy Chicken with Basil ($10.95) and the Braised Oxtail Hotpot ($15.95).

And no matter what time of day it is, you can still find Chicken with Black Bean Sauce on Crispy Hong Kong Noodles ($4.99) a rare, tasty find for any Chinese restaurant. And with the purchase of any entree from the regular menu, get Honey Walnut Shrimp for $6.99.

And when you think you’ve tried everything on the menu, think again. Lung Fung chefs are constantly concocting new treats, and the menu is constantly evolving. “We are always creating a new dish from what is popular in Hong Kong,” says Ma.
