Matsukawa says The Willows Champagne Sunday Brunch Buffet really draws in the crowds on a weekly basis. Priced at $34.95 (adults) and $17.50 (keiki ages 4-10), the all-you-can-eat buffet is offered from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m, and with 40 to 50 items to choose from, there’s something for even the pickiest eaters. In fact, Matsukawa says, The Willows patrons have much to look forward to, as a few new items hit the buffet line starting today.

“Here at The Willows we’re really trying to up the quality of our Sunday brunch and offer some breakfast items that you wouldn’t normally get at a buffet,” he explains. “We’re just trying to provide the best options to people who want to go out to brunch on Sundays.”

Mouths will water as guests for the first time will feast on Matsukawa’s Kiawe Smoked Prime Rib; Eggs Benedict and the Peanut Butter, Banana, Chocolate French Toast.

The Willows renowned Sunday brunch offers a touch of local flair to delicious culinary delights.

Kiawe Smoked Prime Rib

The prime rib is smoked to perfection for six hours on kiawe wood and flavorfully seasoned with Hawaiian alae red sea salt, cracked pepper and garlic. Horseradish also accompanies the dish.

Eggs Benedict

This tasty breakfast option features kiawe-smoked pork belly with a char siu marinade and a poached egg atop a fluffy English muffin. The Eggs Benedict is then drizzled with a savory hollandaise sauce, and garnished with green onion and paprika.

Peanut Butter, Banana, Chocolate French Toast

The Willows’ spin on French Toast, this sinful creation consists of pieces of sweet bread dipped in French toast batter paired with a tantalizing filling of peanut butter, Nutella (hazelnut spread) and crushed bananas.
