As Hawaii’s only revolving restaurant, located on the 18th floor of the Waikiki Business Plaza, this upscale establishment offers diners a breathtaking 360-degree view of beautiful Waikiki. Open daily from 5 to 9:30 p.m., ToW offers its diners a multi-ethnic fine-dining experience.

“It can be categorized as Pacific fusion, but it’s kind of eclectic as well,” Bunkley explains.

Guests can choose from an exotic array of appetizers, salads, entrees and more, all prepared by executive chef John Neff. With more than 15 years in the restaurant business, Neff knows the importance of incorporating island flavors into his culinary creations — as evidenced by the list of signature dishes below:.

Entrees to Remember

A few of Chef John’s signature dishes include Blackened Seared Ahi with Kahuku Sea Asparagus Salad, New Zealand Grilled Lamb Chops and Cioppino with Linguine. Also, be sure to ask about the restaurant’s magnificent wine pairings.

Blackened Seared Ahi with Kahuku Sea Asparagus Salad ($17)

For starters, this alluring appetizer features savory slices of ahi perfectly paired with sweet and sour fennel, sweet Maui onion and orange segments accompanied by a wasabi-avocado citronette.

New Zealand Grilled Lamb Chops ($41)

Chef John showcases tantalizing New Zealand grilled lamb chops with mint-infused basmati rice with toasted almonds, roasted Hamakua mushrooms and curried Cipollini onions dressed up in a pomegranate Cabernet Sauvignon reduction.

Cioppino with Linguine ($36)

A seafood lover’s fantasy, this exquisite entree consists of seared day boat scallops, Mexican white shrimp, fresh island fish, calamari, New Zealand mussels, crab with a roasted pepper and tomato seafood broth and garlic crostini sitting atop a bed of fresh linguine.
